Paint Sales Associate to join our motivated sales team. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping people bring their home projects to life, we provide a fun,
safe, and supportive atmosphere to grow in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create Great Impressions & Expert Advice: Greet every customer within 30 seconds, offering professional color-matching expertise and specific paint product selection advice.
- Project Problem Solving: Determine customers' needs by asking open-ended questions, helping them find all the tools, paint, and accessories needed to complete their projects.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Create attractive in-store displays, restock shelves, build special promotional signage, and keep the paint counter and aisles neat and organized.
- Orders & Fulfillment: Assist customers in locating items in-store or online, process special orders for non-stock items, and safely mix and prepare paint according to instructions.
- Team Support: Promote Home's Paint Loyalty Card, fill in as a cashier when necessary, and assist with receiving and checking incoming truck shipments.
