Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently with support of senior staff

• Problem solve customer complaints and work on conflict resolution

• Support company policy and procedures and make sure they are being carried out correctly by team members 

• Work with clients to assess their needs and perform counter sales

• Create and process special orders 

• Ensure delivery and completion of sale occurs

 

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills 

• Customer Service Experience

• Conflict resolution 

• Enjoys working in a team environment

• Strong time management and detail orientated 

• Computer, math and communication skills

• Lumber and building material experience 

• Weekend availability is a must

Seasonal / Part-Time Cashier

We are seeking a part time / seasonal employee to join our sales team. This position could be full time during the summer holiday months. This is a great opportunity for students looking to grow their job skills and we are willing to train. 

 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Greet all customers in a friendly manner

• Process front end sales, returns, and in house account payments 

• Scanning customers items and ensuring inventory control 

• Handling cash in an efficient manner

• Working at a fast pace 

• Helping customers locate products in the store and ensuring their needs are met

• Resolve customer issues and direct them to the right person to answer queries 

• Keeping the front end of the store tidy and presentable

• Restocking and merchandising inventory  

 

Candidates will have the following qualities:

• Customer satisfaction-oriented 

• Enjoys working in a team environment 

• Attention to detail and mathematical skills

• Computer knowledge

• Ability to remember product codes 

• Weekend availability is a must
